As the Quoting Specialist, you will be responsible for driving daily field sales operations efficiency and accuracy by providing equipment quotes and product expertise to the field. Understanding how products impact sales margin; ability to quote upgrades; comfort with advising the field on quoting aspects will be expected for the modality.

Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesPartner and support the field sales team with quoting commitments ensuring quotes are successfully accepted without revisionsCoordinate approvals across all functional teams to meet customer deadlines and expectationsAttend all product and tool training courses to become an expert in navigating bothProactively seek training opportunities when changes arise in modalityProcess quotes requests within agreed upon SLAs in order to support commercial objectives  Drive continuous improvement on all related processes to ensure standardization and simplificationEnable team culture and drive organization to improve customer / client satisfaction levels and responsivenessQualificationsCollege degree OR High School diploma / GED and 2+ years of experience in customer service or field support roleProficient use of Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated experience working under pressure against tight deadlines, with accuracyDemonstrated experience providing excellent customer servicePreferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of SalesForce.comExperience working directly with sales representativesMedical equipment knowledge
