We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Aircraft Maintenance Control Engineer to join our dynamic Operations Control Centre team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the safety, reliability, and airworthiness of our fleet. This role requires a strong technical background in aircraft systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

\n\nMonitor and manage all aspects of aircraft maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies\nCoordinate with maintenance teams to prioritise and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to flight operations\nAnalyse maintenance data and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement\nAct as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions\nEnsure accurate documentation and record-keeping of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and compliance checks\nParticipate in safety audits and contribute to the development of safety management systems\nProvide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel as needed\n\n

Requirements

\n\nA B2 or B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer with proven ability, ideally holding B777, B767 & B757 aircraft type ratings with no limitations, a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or a related field\nProven experience in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or a similar role\nStrong understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory standards\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams\nProficiency in maintenance management software and data analysis tools\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously\n\n
