What this job involves:
This position manages the transition of new REMs IFM accounts and account expansions with a focus on procurement deliverables and Advanced Sourcing. This position is directed toward employees with more professional experience who can lead large, complex project/transitions. This professional must have strong project management skills, balancing multiple priorities at a fast pace, with the ability to problem-solve as roadblocks occur during the transition period.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Project Management of all Sourcing activities for new and expanding client transitions.
Guide internal and external clients through the transition process and manage expectations as to transition scope vs. optimization vs. transformation efforts.
Analyze Master Service Agreement (MSA) and identify applicable flow down language for inclusion in subcontractor contract templates.
Identify MSA requirements around procurement reporting, client requirements for pre- approval, triggers for RFP bid efforts and other deliverables for inclusion in development of account Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform due diligence on existing supplier base for spend, current contract types and practices, and identify a transition strategy for bringing suppliers under JLL management and terms.
Partner with legal and risk management to review and ensure compliance with MSA through development of account procedures and documents.
Develop, customize, and distribute supplier communications, terms and conditions and related documents necessary to onboard suppliers in JLL systems.
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Hands-on role requiring willingness and ability to be both the strategist and tactician or lead a team of people to perform both types of tasks.
High level of organization and project management skills.
Expertise in sourcing with demonstrated ability to be a change agent.

Required Skills and Experience:
Manage supplier responses and inquiries to obtain highest response rate possible.
Supply other Transition Team workstreams with essential supplier information to support Operations, Accounting, Call Center, and Project Management systems set up.
Provide guidance to support staff in matrix reporting environment to ensure key supplier response deliverables are met.
Develop and implement new supplier onboarding and sourcing strategy.
Provide contract and risk management training to the account team.
Identify strategy and implement employee programs such as company vehicles, tools, and uniforms.
Lead and implement Sourcing activities, such as RFPs, direct negotiations, contract execution, and implementation of new suppliers to achieve savings targets and ensure day 1 service delivery
This position manages and leads the Sourcing & Procurement Solution Development (Sales) tasks for assigned divisions; developing all aspects of the Sourcing & Procurement solution. This role will represent Sourcing & Procurement during Client presentations both internally and externally.
This position must be an independent thinker, have strong executive presence, demonstrate creativity for unique/unknown client requests, manage both strategic and tactical details, and have extraordinary problem-solving skills to never allow a roadblock to stop them.
Create, present, and sell JLL’s Sourcing Solution to internal Sales organization and external Client teams
Review all RFP client documents to develop a Sourcing Strategy
Engage and leverage Sourcing & Procurement Platform and Key Stakeholders for support in developing a Sourcing Program
Engage suppliers to seek savings glidepaths, benchmarks or an underwritten solution
Analyze supplier cost proposals, financial reports and other data to determine the reasonability of price and contractor capabilities
Negotiate with supplier to ensure we have accurately underwritten pricing assumptions
Provide/support responses to client’s RFP questions where relates to Sourcing & Procurement
Establish relationship with Corporate Legal & Risk to ensure all contractual terms are compliant
Ability to innovate new programs or processes that will benefit our Client and JLL in winning and solutioning new business for JLL

Estimated compensation for this position:
150,000.00 – 168,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
