Key Responsibilities + Fulfill requests using internal ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow). + Maintain up-to-date inventory records. + Perform device prep tasks including soft wipes, physical cleaning, and quality checks. + Package and ship devices as needed, ensuring timely delivery and proper stock levels. + Collaborate with wireless carriers to manage new and existing service lines. + Generate inventory and support activity reports. + Provide responsive support via email, phone, and messaging platforms. Required Skills + Minimum 3 months of experience supporting mobile hardware. + Familiarity with mobile carriers and service provisioning. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively. + Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications. + Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
