Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a Mobility Support Deployment Technician to join their team. This is starting as a contract role that will very likely extend.

Position Description:

Technical support of both iOS and Android mobile devicesSupport clients and mobile devices across the enterpriseHelp through major rollout for the enterpriseTravel between local sites within the regionCustomer Service (Phone & In-Person) including troubleshooting, general support, In-service, trainingDevelopment of End User Reference DocumentationConfiguring, Delivering and Maintaining Mobile DevicesComputer Applications: AirWatch, ServiceNow, Carrier Web Portals, Word, Excel, Interaction Desktop

Required Skills:
