**Mobility Specialist**
**Job Summary:**
Position in charge of being the key contact for expatriate employees, assisting them during their whole assignment with any queries, prepare their payroll, managing the vendors who support expatriate processes and assisting them with any local legal requirements.
**Main Responsabilities:**
+ Vendor management (Nationals and international vendors)
+ Payroll preparation and submit to Colgate Business Services
+ Quarterly Social Security reports preparation for NY
+ PO creation and management
**Required Qualifications**
+ Degree: Accounting, Administration or similar professional degree
+ Years of experience: 2-3 years experience
+ English Level: Advanced
**Skills:** Global Mobility Experience, Immigration,tax and payroll knowledge is an advantage
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ (e.g.) SAP (HR and Ariba would be an advantage) , Google suite, Google sheets
+ Corporate enviroment
+ Internal & External management of stakeholder
+ Exerience in Global Mobility Specialist
