You will work closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and third-party vendors, gaining hands-on experience with platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, and our global reporting tools. **The Opportunity** + Coordinate and follow up on mobility-related surveys with global providers + Assist with billing and financial data checks, including PO tracking and reconciliation + Support the creation and review of assignment documentation and compliance controls + Maintain transferee data in Workday and ensure correct tagging and updates + Help manage operational reporting and internal knowledge tools **Who You Are** + A recent graduate or early-career professional (up to 2 years of experience) + Background in HR, Finance, International Business, or similar + Fluent in English (written and spoken) + Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, curious to learn and grow in a global setting + Comfortable working with numbers and data Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus – but not required.
