As a Mobility Advisory Team Lead, you will lead a team of Mobility Reward Analysts. Together with your team you will provide services and support for the Mobility Area of Practice (AoP),  always with the intention to achieve high customer satisfaction. As an experienced leader, you enjoy developing your team, working with the AOP to improve and harmonize processes and living customer centricity through your day-to-day interactions.

You bring a proven track record of expertise in the Mobility field.

Project leadership: You excel at taking ownership of process improvement projects and leading them to success.

People management: You bring strong experience in managing global teams, coupled with excellent cross cultural and interpersonal skills.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English enable you to build a trustful network with global internal stakeholders.
