This role involves executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams using tools like HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps, and SNOW. The ideal candidate will have experience in agile environments, mobile testing across devices, and a strong focus on delivering seamless user experiences. This is a hybrid position requiring both remote and on-site collaboration. **Responsibilities** + Conduct thorough testing software applications to ensure accuracy and reliability. + Utilize testing tools and agile frameworks to execute test cases efficiently. + Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects. + Prepare and maintain test metrics and reports to track progress and quality. + Execute mobile testing to ensure seamless user experience across devices. + Use HP ALM, Jira and Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking. + Analyze test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement. + Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment. + Participate in test planning and strategy meetings to optimize testing processes. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. + Support the retail sales domain by validating software functionalities. + Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks. + Contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring high-quality deliverables. **Qualifications** + Demonstrate proficiency in test metrics and reporting for effective communication. + Exhibit strong skills in using SNOW for incident management. + Show expertise in testing tools and agile frameworks for efficient test execution. + Possess experience in mobile testing to ensure cross-platform compatibility. + Have hands-on experience with HP ALM, Jira and AzureDevOps for test management. + Understand retail sales domain to validate software functionalities.
