Assist with the monitoring and control of subcontract service + Identify any defects/faults found to the helpdesk along with requirements for resolutiAttend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by helpdesk / contract support team. Within set SLA/ KPI timescale Maintain the professional image of CBRE at all times. + Establish and maintain a good working relationship with CBRE employees and clients’ representatives.Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment.Compliance with and record keeping for CBRE ISO 9002, 18001 and 14001 Management System including statutory compliance logs Updating the Help Desk and PPM systems via written and verbal systems to ensure work records are up to date. + Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning. + Provide operational support across the portfolio when required + Ad-hoc projects as required. **Person Specification:** + Educated to a minimum of City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent preferably in a mechanical/plumbing discipline + Completion of a recognised technical training scheme. + Apprenticeship (or equivalent programme) + Good knowledge of the operation of Mechanical & Electrical Services and plant. + Ability to interrogate and operate BMS’s systems + Knowledge of current technical standards in relation Electrical Services, HV & AC and Water Systems Treatment + Understanding of business-critical services CBRE GWS CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) works with clients to make real estate a meaningful contributor to organizational productivity and performance.
