Your Responsibilities

Lead Android development efforts in a cross-functional Agile team Guide technical design, architecture, and engineering best practices Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other stakeholders Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability Mentor team members and support continuous improvement Contribute hands-on to coding, testing, and system integration Implement CI/CD pipelines and support release processes

What You Bring

7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in senior/lead roles Expert knowledge of Android SDK, Java, Kotlin, and Android architecture components Experience with Jetpack, Material Design, RxJava or Coroutines, and dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Dagger, Hilt) Solid understanding of app performance, testing, CI/CD, and security best practices Familiarity with modern architecture patterns like MVVM or Clean Architecture Excellent collaboration and communication skills
