Mobile Phlebotomist

Description

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for drawing patient sample (blood), properly processing the sample and then properly packaging the sample most likely 25-30 times per day.

- They will be communicating with the clinic staff daily to organize and schedule the blood draws and also schedule the pick ups/shipping of the samples they draw to the medical testing site in Novi/Farmington.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

At least 6 months of experience as a Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant (drawing, processing and packaging samples)

Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification or certificate

200 plus solo draws

Need to know order of draw and BD Vacutainer order of draw tube colors for multiple tube collections

Disqualifier:

Not able to describe order of draw or they don't know the tube colors

NO TIME OFF IN THE NEXT 90 DAYS

Education: High School Diploma

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
