**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Mobile Technician, you will perform repairs and tend to several buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and ground requests.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities.
+ Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
+ Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and track completion.
+ Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.
+ Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
+ Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What you’ll need:
+ 608 certification or Journeyman license; Must possess strong HVAC experience and relevant credentials such as compressor changeouts and refrigerant refills.
+ Technicians will be expected to perform work in all core trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and door work
+ Experience with using CMMS systems highly preferred
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job subject area and department.
+ Operating radius: must be able to drive up to 120 miles per technician, with an average of 60-80 locations per week - company vehicle provided
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $60 ,000 annually and the maximum salary for the is $96,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
