We are looking for a Mobile App Marketing Expert who combines strategic thinking with strong hands-on expertise to drive the growth and visibility of the Adobe mobile apps. This role requires a deep understanding of app store ecosystems (iOS and Android), performance marketing channels, and mobile user acquisition strategies. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing campaigns that increase app downloads, engagement, and retention through paid efforts. The ideal candidate is a hybrid thinker: someone who can define mobile marketing strategy while also rolling up their sleeves to run and optimise campaigns when need it. **Responsibilities** Mobile Strategy •Define and evolve the Adobe mobile app marketing strategy across iOS and Android platforms. •identifying core target audiences, •mapping out the user acquisition, engagement, and retention funnel. •Build strategic roadmaps that integrate organic (ASO) and paid media initiatives, and ensure cross-channel consistency across app stores, social media, display, search, and owned channels. •Align app promotion efforts with broader campaign and product goals. •Ensure mobile marketing activities are fully integrated with the digital campaigns •Collaborate closely with the Adobe.Pub planning and activation teams to build a holistic cross channel plan for each product •Identify new growth opportunities and tools for mobile user acquisition and retention. •Stay up to date with evolving iOS and Android platform requirements, privacy policies, and store algorithm changes to ensure best-in-class visibility and compliance. •Act as the mobile marketing lead and point of contact for the wider team •Serve as the go-to expert on all things mobile across the Adobe.Pub team, •providing strategic guidance and hands-on support for mobile-related initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including performance marketing, creative, analytics, product, and client leads to ensure mobile best practices are embedded in all relevant workstreams. •Take ownership of educating and upskilling internal teams on mobile trends, tools, and performance levers—through training sessions, documentation, and day-to-day support—to build collective expertise and elevate mobile marketing capability across the business. Execution & Technical •Plan, launch, and manage paid user acquisition campaigns across search, social (Meta, TikTok, Snap, etc.), display, and programmatic. •Develop media plans based on target audience insights, campaign objectives, and channel-specific strategies. •Build and optimise campaign structures, audience targeting, creative testing frameworks, and bidding strategies to drive efficient installs and in-app actions. •Monitor performance daily, proactively identify opportunities and risks, and implement data-driven optimisations to maximise ROI and achieve KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, and retention.. •Work closely with analytics and client team to ensure accurate end-to-end tracking of user interactions and in-app events. •Set up and maintain mobile attribution frameworks using MMPs (Branch) to attribute installs, re-engagements, and in-app behaviours across channels. •Define key conversion events, ensure proper tagging across campaigns and platforms, and validate data integrity to enable reliable performance reporting. •Continuously monitor attribution paths to identify drop-offs or discrepancies, and collaborate on solutions to improve data accuracy and campaign optimisation. •Set up and run A/B tests for creative, messaging, and placement optimisation across digital channels. **Qualifications** •Proven experience in mobile app marketing, ideally for consumer-facing apps. •Hands-on experience running app install campaigns across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, and other digital platforms. •Experience with MMPs, mobile attribution, and event tracking (Branch). •Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights. •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment. \#LI-JH1 **Additional information** Publicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world's most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
