As a Mobile Facilities Maintenance (HVAC/R) based in Olympia, WA, you’ll be the driving force behind maintaining high-performance environments for our clients. This is a hands-on, field-based role where your expertise in HVAC, refrigeration, and facility systems keeps operations running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

As a Mobile Facilities Maintenance, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of facility and equipment maintenance duties across multiple client sites within a 2-hour radius of Olympia, WA. You’ll use your deep knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems along with your multi-skilled technical background to:

Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC/R, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls

Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers, freezers, and HVAC equipment

Conduct property inspections (interior and exterior) and report on building conditions

Complete work orders via CMMS (Corrigo) and maintain real-time updates

Maintain vehicle and equipment safety inspections and documentation

Practice strong safety standards, hazard identification, and code compliance

Drive to multiple job sites, practicing defensive driving at all times

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of technical experience in HVAC/R and building systems

Strong experience with walk-in coolers, freezers, and refrigeration equipment

General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and production equipment

Type II EPA Certification

Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in extreme conditions and heights

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Universal EPA Certification

Two years of trade school or apprenticeship in HVAC/refrigeration or electrical systems

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

3rd party technical certifications a plus

Pay Details: $47.14 per hour
