Requirements     + Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. + Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing technical teams, including managing managers, using agile methodologies. + Deep understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android nice to have), technologies, and development frameworks. + Proven track record of successfully launching and managing mobile applications and technology projects. + Demonstrated leadership in guiding sizeable cross-functional teams, instilling values of respect, inclusion, and community. + Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening, empathetic leadership, and the ability to forge trust across various levels of the organization. + Business acumen with a zeal for innovation, embracing change, and delivering transformative solutions that exceed customer expectations. + A commitment to operational excellence, with a focus on delivering robust, stable, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $200,500.00 - $332,000.00 Annual This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
