Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and working experience in SCCM 1611/1706/1806/1902 and later versions CB / Altiris/ DXCCAE.Service Now, SM9)Basic Windows OS and Networking Knowledge.Basic Knowledge of incident management. Should be able to resolve the ReleaseApplication deployment and monitoringPatch managementManagement incidents on SWD tools.Flexible to work on a 24X7 basis.Basic knowledge of AD and different AD groupsBasic infrastructure knowledge of the SWD toolClient installation and MonitoringShould work independently on Reports, Device health managementShould have Basic knowledge on Incident management and service request handling. Should be able to resolve the issues independently.Good technical, communication and presentation skills.Ability to adopt and learn quicklyNetworking concepts – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Subnet, IPv4/IPv6Basic debugging skillsGood communication skills

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Overall min 4 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.Knowledge on Microsoft IntuneKnowledge on ticketing tools like SNOW/Remedy/DXCSMBasic knowledge on Cloud, MS Azure, O365 Licensing

Nice to have skills:

Experience in Microsoft Defender, Azure, Intune and MDM.Experience in iOS, Android, and Windows application signing, provisioningGood communication skills with ability to represent in global meeting/forums/customers.Good understanding of network infrastructure.Knowledge of Cloud Technologies.Excellent problem solving/analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to multi-task, change direction, set priorities, and meet deadline
