Our client, a Fortune 30 retailer, is seeking an experienced iOS Developer to join their team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of a major iOS application, focusing on product discovery and user information features. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners and a highly collaborative team.
**Job Title:** iOS Developer
**Location:** Hybrid – Portland, OR (Onsite Monday–Thursday, remote on Friday)
**Type:** W2 contract – not open to C2C
**Terms:** 6-12 month C2H

**What You’ll Do:**
+ Design, develop, and maintain iOS features related to product discovery and user information.
+ Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
+ Write clean, maintainable code and ensure software follows best practices in structure and reusability.
+ Implement unit testing frameworks and adhere to testing best practices.
+ Apply accessibility standards to ensure inclusive experiences across the app.
+ Use dependency injection and scalable architectural patterns.
+ Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts.
**What You Bring:**
+ Expert-level knowledge of:
+ iOS & iPadOS SDKs
+ Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit
+ Concurrency in iOS (e.g., GCD, async/await)
+ Unit testing frameworks and test-driven development
+ Accessibility implementation
+ Dependency injection techniques
+ Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
+ Experience working in Agile teams is preferred.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work effectively with technical leads and cross-functional partners.
+ Must be able to work onsite in Portland, OR Monday–Thursday (Fridays remote).
