What You'll Be Doing

Operate and monitor crusher plant equipment to ensure optimal production flow.Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.Maintain accurate logs and documentation of production and maintenance activities.Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as neededCommitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

 

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.This is a mobile position that operates at various job sites.
