Mobile Automation Engineer
Location: Bristol (Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office)

Are you passionate about mobile automation and eager to work on cutting-edge technologies across mobile and network domains? Qualitest is looking for a Mobile Automation Engineer to join our growing team in Bristol.

 

In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of robust, scalable automation frameworks for a variety of platforms including mobile, web, Windows, and APIs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, helping to ensure the quality of large-scale systems in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Requirements:

 

Hands-on experience with Appium for automating tests across native, hybrid, and web mobile apps Proficiency in Selenium for web application automation Experience with Windows automation tools such as WinAppDriver or Pywinauto Strong experience in API testing and automation Programming experience in Java and Python Exposure to containerized environments (e.g., Docker) Proven ability to configure test environments and develop test automation designs for large, complex systems Experience with data parsing, validation, and object-driven automation frameworks Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desirable:

 

Familiarity with XCAL-Manager, eNBs, and other network components Understanding of mobile network technologies such as 3G, 4G, and 5G
