**Job Duties** + Lead and mentor a team of Kotlin/Swift/Flutter developers. + Design and implement scalable and efficient mobile applications using Kotlin, Swift, or Flutter. + Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. + Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. + Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. + Develop and maintain critical components of the application. + Ensure the application’s scalability, security, and performance optimization. + Implement design patterns for Microservices, Data orchestration, and Integration. + Oversee CI/CD processes and participate in Scrum and Agile development practices. **Requirements** + 9+ years of experience as a Kotlin/Swift/Flutter developer and team lead. + Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Swift, or Flutter frameworks. + Solid experience with cloud technologies in AWS and databases such as AuroraDB, DynamoDB, MariaDB. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and leadership skills. + Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. \#LI-AL1 Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
