Location

This role is open globally, but location is set in Finland (Helsinki), Poland (Krakow) and India (Bangalore). The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary analyst in the designated functional area for the MO global ERP S/4HANA platform, advising Business Process Owners, Process Experts, and Business Analysts in crafting solutions

Manage the functional and technical design, system build (configuration), test, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of the solution.

Ensure effective collaboration and engagement of both internal IS functional analyst community and external consultants

Coordinate and lead solution proof of concept activities

Plan, coordinate and lead solution training during all program phases and support in developing common training concepts across

Ensure functional module integration within the platform and interfacing across applications in close collaboration with other Functional Leads and Analysts and IS/Solution architects.

Contribute to maintain an end-to-end information flow view considering integrity of Master data across processes and platforms.

Stay up to date on industry solution developments that MO can benefit from use of standard features and functions to minimize customization

Share & collaborate with other ABB ERP COE’s enabling the ability of reuse of functional solutions, concepts and best practices within ABB.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience as a Functional Analyst or Solution Architect, with deep knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA, integration architecture, and large-scale ERP implementations across global organizations.

Extensive experience in IT management within complex, international IS environments, including designing and institutionalizing IS strategies, service management, and portfolio processes.

Strong understanding of business processes and application functionalities to drive end-to-end integration and change management, with added value from experience in technologies interfacing with ERP systems.

Fluent in English, skilled in stakeholder engagement, and adept at building trust through solution design and process.
