We are currently seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our Post-Production Department. In this role, you will be working with a talented team that consists of Hybrid Editors, Motion Graphic Designers, Online Artists, Audio Engineers, Post Producers, Audio Producers, and Project Managers.
The Production Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating post-production jobs within the Post Production Operations/Moving Images team. He/she will ensure consistent delivery of all activities to the highest quality.
Shift production planning in close liaison with the Team Leads, Post Producer, Audio Producer & Project Managers. Monitors & tracks production and ensures all jobs are completed within the agreed timeframe and SLAs. Booking of operators using the company’s resourcing tool. Encoding production jobs using the company’s work management tool. Serves as a point of contact for production matters and resource availability. Allocate & utilize resources in an efficient manner. Plan the best use of resources in both the short and medium term. Assists in capacity planning to handle spikes in demand. Sends resource capacity to production hubs/network for production support offering. Possesses good working knowledge and understanding of all activities within the team. Attention to detail. Source and book freelancers/project-based with relevant and high-quality skills when required. Form good working relationships with post producers, audio producers, project managers, and operators. Responds quickly to production requests.
Requirements:
Three years’ experience in bookings and job coordination in a production setup. Knowledgeable in using industry-standard scheduling tools. Working knowledge of post-production processes such as video editing, motion graphics, VFX/CGI, and audio post engineering. Awareness in key Creative Suite programs (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other post-production software such as Cinema 4D, Nuke, and Pro Tools. Working knowledge of post-production workflows and broadcast standards. Working knowledge of Microsoft programs. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask, and a flexible, logical, and proactive approach. Positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines. Calm, professional, positive, and good-humored personality.
