Main tasks

Demonstrated excellence in communication and presentation skills, effectively delivering comprehensive training sessions tailored for optometrists and ophthalmologists to enhance their understanding of myopia management lenses. Expertise in ZEISS myopia management lenses portfolio and related products, with a deep knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive positioning to support customer development. Strategically collaborate with the sales team to facilitate clinic development, identify customer needs,and ensure seamless implementation of solutions.Guide customers in lens selection, fitting, and troubleshooting, ensuring exceptional patient outcomesand satisfaction.Provide ongoing clinical support and troubleshooting assistance, maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring high service standards. Stay abreast of industry trends, clinical guidelines, and best practices, leveraging insights to advance customer engagement and support evidence-based myopia management strategies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above視光或醫學護理相關學系畢業

Experience

Background in the optical industry or ophthalmic (clinical) field is preferred.Professional knowledge of myopia management products.

Other skills

Results-oriented and a good team player.Familiar with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
