Kforce has a client in need of an MMIS Interface Lead in Boston, MA. Responsibilities: * MMIS Interface Lead will serve as the primary contact for 20+ external partners and vendors for file exchange and API interface activities * Lead planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of MMIS interfaces (file-based and API/web services) * Gather and analyze technical requirements to ensure seamless data exchange * Manage the full interface lifecycle: onboarding, changes, enhancements, testing, deployment, and support * Coordinate development and troubleshooting with internal technical, infrastructure, security, and business teams * Define and enforce standards for data formats, communication protocols, routing, and transport * As a MMIS Interface Lead, you will monitor daily file and API transactions for timely delivery, accuracy, and SLA compliance * Lead root cause analysis and resolution of interface issues and data discrepancies * Ensure secure exchange of sensitive data in compliance with HIPAA and state privacy regulations * Plan and execute integration, regression, and UAT testing with external partners * Manage partner communications for deployments, outages, upgrades, and incidents * Maintain documentation: specifications, data mappings, process flows, runbooks, and support guides * Collaborate on certificates, firewall/security updates, VPNs, gateways, and SFTP/API environments * Recommend improvements for automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Interface Analysts and support staff
