Coordinate full-cycle recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communications.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, benefits, and HR programs.
Assist in the administration of performance management processes, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Generate HR reports and provide analytical support for HR strategies, metrics, and decision-making.
Assist in HR audits and compliance checks to ensure alignment with internal policies and labor regulations.
Support HR projects related to DEI, wellness, and employee retention.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of HR experience with a focus on benefits administration, labor relations, or program management.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, labor laws, and HR compliance.
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to employees at all levels.
