Job Purpose:

Reporting directly to Category Lead, in this role you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the local MKT strategy for Condiments, working closely with regional and local teams. You will independently plan and execute communication plans and innovation projects, leveraging consumer insights and market analysis to drive growth and brand activation.


 

Responsibilities:

Lead Innovation and renovation projectsContribute to the launch of innovations and roll out global projects in local market (influencing and providing input to the regional team, leading business case, supporting the delivery of the full marketing mix)Lead 360 communication plan, working closely with BTL and ATL agenciesContribute to the development of local strategy and activation plan Monitor sell-out performance of the category and propose corrective actions to deliver business growthAnalyse market trends and research, consumer behaviours and competitors’ activity to identify opportunities and potential issuesLead e-commerce marketing activations on pure-player, omnichannel and g-now platforms, supporting e-commerce team to deliver business growthEnsure that all brands/projects expenditure is kept withing the assigned budget

The job will require the candidate to lead and work closely with cross functional international teams. Close interaction will take place with regional Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Trade Marketing teams as well as external agencies.

Key Requirements:

Master’s degree in marketing or business administration (or equivalent)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and EnglishMinimum 2 years of experience in MarketingMust have strong analytical skills and the ability to dive into brand's performance to develop a strong understandingPassionate about working in Marketing and being close to consumers, understanding their motives, drivers, barriers and needsAction-oriented person with strong bias for action. Proactive and accountable for their projectsCan comfortably work independently to deliver campaigns and product launches on time and in full
