About the location:

Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. About the Role
Join the vibrant pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a haven of refined luxury, sustainability, and elevated guest experiences.

As a Mixologist, you will be the creative force behind our beverage program, crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering personalized service that delights and surprises our guests across our signature outlets.

What You Will Do
• Create and serve an innovative beverage menu featuring classic cocktails, original creations, and non-alcoholic options.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide tailored drink recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
• Ensure consistent presentation, quality, and taste of all beverages.
• Train and mentor junior bar staff, ensuring alignment with Four Seasons service standards.
• Monitor bar inventory and place orders to maintain par levels and control costs.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to develop seasonal drink pairings and signature experiences.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Handle guest feedback gracefully and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

What You Bring
• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending or mixology experience in luxury hotels, upscale bars, or high-end restaurants.
• Passion for beverage artistry and deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Certification in beverage service or mixology is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
