What Success Looks Like:

Strong mechanical aptitude. Necessity for attention to detail.  The ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.  Capable of maintaining quality control by monitoring production output. Ability to identify any issues with the product or process. This job requires the operator to lift bags, weighing a maximum of 55 lbs.  The position requires repetitive motion sweeping and scarping the mixer.  Requires the operator to communicate with the additional staff member. Responsible for operation of the Mixer, Skid unloader, Bale Cutter, Weigh Conveyor and Charge conveyor. Following production schedule and maintaining pace as outlined in mixing procedures. Assist in establishing and maintaining compound processing procedures. Fill out any applicable paperwork. Empty oil buckets on the mezzanine. Assist in staging and organizing raw materials. Keep work area clean. Following all safety procedures and guidelines along with assisting in modifying and updating procedures Operating a forklift for various functions.

 

Your Credentials:

One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment High School or GED preferred Willing to work overtime including weekends Close visual work required. Knowledge of general computer skills. Attention to detail.

 

The hourly rate for this position is $18 per hour, plus $1.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and/or 3rd shift.   

 

3rd shift - 10:45pm - 7:00am
