Ihre Aufgaben

Als Mitarbeiter/in Labor (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für eine saubere und gewissenhafte Durchführung der Labortätigkeiten sowie eine einwandfreie Abwicklung der Werkstoffanalytik. Weitere Aufgaben sind:

Durchführung von ICP-, GDMS, COHNS- und KorngrößenanalysenBearbeitung der internen und externen Labordokumentation, einschließlich sicherheitsrelevante DokumenteProbennahme und -vorbereitung für die chemische Analytik und analytische Prüfungen von Ausgangsstoffen, Zwischenprodukten und FertigproduktenKommunikation und Koordination der Probenabwicklung sowohl mit internen als auch externen AbsprechpartnernAllgemeine Werkstoffanalytik nach internen und externen Vorgaben, bspw. Kunden, Lieferanten und NormenAuswertung von Analyseergebnissen und Dokumentation der Laborergebnisse im digitalen QualitätsmanagementsystemErstellen von SPC-BerichtenPflege der Prüfeinrichtungen im Labor; Koordination der Wartung der Prüfeinrichtungen mit externen DienstleisternTechnischer Support in Bezug auf Geräte, Testmethoden und PraktikenMethodenentwicklung und Validierung von neuen Legierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Labor in Bufallo, R&D und normkonforme Abläufe nach ISO 17025Training der neu entwickelten Methoden für das LaborteamHilfe bei der täglichen Koordination von Probenabläufen in Absprache mit der LaborleitungBeschaffung von Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen für den Laborbetrieb

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Chemietechnik oder vergleichbare QualifikationMindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der analytischen ChemieErfahrung in modernen Analyseverfahren wie ICP, COHNS, GDMS, etc.Metallurgische KenntnisseGute MS-Office KenntnisseGute SAP-KenntnisseZuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
