**Description** Tyto Athene is searching for a **Mission Partner (MP) Lead, Senior** supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) at USAREUR-AF (United States Army Europe & Africa) in Wiesbaden, Germany. **Responsibilities:** + Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the engineering and service delivery of the multiple complex intelligence engineering solutions for the Atlantic Resolve South (ARS) Mission Partner. + Plans, directs, or coordinates activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. + Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key mission partner tasks and high impact assignments. + Plans and leads major technology assignments. + Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. + Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. + Must have a thorough understanding and experience in the complete life cycle of the software in military systems. + Must have knowledge and experience with Department of Defense (DOD)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of software and computer resources for Army systems. + Must be capable of managing and controlling schedules and cost to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort. + Must be capable of providing direction for operations and ensuring compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures. + Must be capable of providing recommendations for resolution of technical problems. **Qualifications** **Required:** + Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on continuous learning and process improvement. + Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance. + Master’s Degree and 6 years of experiences, or BA/BS with 8-12 years of experience, or AA/AS degree with 10+ years, or High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of relevant experience. + DoD 8570 IAT II Baseline Certification and a relevant Computing Environment Certification. + Strong understanding of United States Army Europe & Africa Atlantic Resolve South (ARS) Mission Partner. **Desired:** + Extensive knowledge and operational officer experience in Department of the Army policies and procedures; Atlantic Resolve South (ARS) Mission Partner locations, exercises and training policies, USAREUR organizations and functions, operations, exercise, and training missions; and general staff procedures. + Experience in managing and directing execution of C4I system programs including C2 Networks. + Executive Background in planning, organizing, and managing the execution of Army missions and IT programs. + Experience in coordinating with the USAREUR-AF staff and subordinate commands, higher headquarters, and other theater component commands. + Familiarity with DoD IT security standards and best practices. **About Tyto Athene** **Compensation:** + Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
