**Description**
**Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) is seeking a highly experienced and skilled mission-driven Military Information Support Operations (MISO/PSYOP) Planner to support APOLLO/OPIAS.** This role will provide strategic and operational planning, integration, and synchronization of MISO activities with other information forces in the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) as part of Operations in the Information Environment (OIE). The Planner will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to complex operational challenges, integrating MISO effectively into joint and combined operations, and collaborating closely with SAP/STO, interagency, intelligence community (IC), and military stakeholders. **This position is on a future contract pending award announcement.**

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide expert-level mission analysis and develop operational concepts integrating MISO into joint planning.
+ Develop, coordinate, and execute Military Information Support Operations plans and orders in alignment with USCENTCOM objectives.
+ Integrate and synchronize MISO planning and targeting efforts with broader Information Operations (IO), Civil Affairs, Public Affairs, Cyberspace Operations, Electronic Warfare (EW), Military Deception (MILDEC), and Operations Security (OPSEC) strategies.
+ Conduct and facilitate strategic, operational, and tactical planning sessions, leveraging analytical skills to measure operational effectiveness.
+ Prepare and deliver clear, concise briefings to senior leadership, stakeholders, and interagency partners.
+ Interface with industry, academia, and research organizations to leverage emerging technologies and innovative practices in OIE
+ Coordinate PSYOP/MISO actions within the proper military and interagency channels and develop policies that incorporate the principle of C2.
+ Develop innovative concepts to counter adversarial use of information in the Information Environment (IE) and consider significant or key cultural aspects that affect operational and tactical planning, security, and risk assessments.
+ Apply technical skills to tactical, operational, and strategic level planning/execution, identifying and tracking measures of performance through attainment of measures of effectiveness, and providing advice concerning the application of PSYOP/MISO during the development of operational concepts.
+ Review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational-level OIE-related directives in support of mission elements.
+ Integrate with interagency and intelligence community (IC)
+ Integrate, coordinate, and synchronize adjacent and supporting operations, as well as develop support for related capabilities and their activities.
+ Utilize expert level oral, visual, & written communications and briefing techniques to effectively advise, negotiate and persuade various managers, military officials, and senior leaders to gain acceptance of recommended concepts, ideas, guidance, policies and regulations.
+ Integrate MISO/PSYOP into all facets of Combatant Command (CCMD)/ Unified Command level planning, and to ensure that MISO/PSYOP capabilities are considered in the deliberate and crisis action planning processes.
+ Plan, develop, integrate, and assess PSYOP/MISO into campaign plans, OPLANS, and in crisis to ensure that PSYOP/MISO capabilities are considered in the deliberate and crisis action planning processes.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree and at least nine years of relevant planning experience (an additional four years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree)
+ Experience integrating MISO capabilities into joint and combined military operations
+ Proficiency in developing Concept of Operations (CONOPs) and managing internal and external stakeholder coordination
+ Deep understanding of Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), targeting, and campaign planning
+ Familiar with or trained in Information Operations (IO), Military Deception (MILDEC), Operations Security (OPSEC), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Cyberspace Operations
+ Experience integrating with interagency and intelligence community partners
+ Familiar with service component functions and CCMD coordination practices
+ Current or ability to obtain a U.S. Passport
+ Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS, including potentially hazardous areas
+ Active TS/SCI security clearance
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Master's degree in Military Art and Science, Strategic Communications, International Affairs, or related discipline
+ Completion of 37A/37F, FA30, FA37, or equivalent military training
+ Completion of advanced military education or specialized courses such as:
+ Joint Information Operations Planner Course (JIOPC)
+ Defense OPSEC Planners Course
+ Special Operations Military Deception Planners Course
+ Joint Cyber Operations Planner Course
+ Irregular Warfare Course
+ Strong background in Military Deception (MILDEC), Operational Security (OPSEC), and Information Forces
+ Recent experience working within (preferably) USCENTCOM, OR INDOPACOM, AFRICOM..
+ Recent experience with Joint or Service-level MISO, Information Operations (IO), and Cyber operations planning
+ Experience collaborating within distributed or cross-functional teams
+ Excellent oral, visual, and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage senior leaders and interagency stakeholders

**Pay Range:**
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
