What You'll Be Doing

Assist with daily operations at aggregate production sitesSupport process improvement and efficiency initiativesParticipate in safety inspections and compliance activitiesCollect and analyze operational data for reportingCollaborate with site teams on maintenance and production planning

What Are We Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in team-oriented environmentsWillingness to learn and adapt in fast-paced settingsCommitment to safety and operational excellence

Work Environment
This internship involves hands-on experience at active aggregate sites. Interns should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and around heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
