The Minibar Attendant performs all duties associated with minibar including restock, cleaning and servicing of all minibar refrigerators and pantry items.

Job Specific

Inventories guest room refreshment pantries to determine consumption by guestPrepares refreshment pantry charge ticket and forwards to appropriate cashier for billing to guest accountReplenishes refreshment pantry items consumedInspect refreshment pantry contents and maintains freshness of productCleans and maintains refreshment pantry appearance to established standardsRemoves consumed amenity items and/or room service trays from guest roomsCompletes DND/No Service, inventory and in-house guest list paperworkCommunicates discrepancies regarding refreshment pantry usage to captainRestocks and rotates refreshment pantry attendant cart supplies

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalentOne plus years experience as Food Service /Room Service Attendant in quality food service/hotel operationThorough knowledge of quality food service techniques and standardsExceptional guest service attitude and abilitiesAbility to lift, carry, and push carts weighting 35+ poundsAbility to bend and walk for long periods at a timeAbility to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays

The wage for this position is $30.38 to $30.38.
