Responsibilities Include:

Adhere to IATF16949 work instructionsAdhere to ISO14001 work instructions and trainingRead and follow all job related work instructions.Observe follow all safety procedures and guidelines when performing work to avoid injury to self and other employeesDaily inspections of plant and machinery specifically bearings, gear reducers, belts, couplings, and alignment and repair of same including completion of daily check listRebuild equipment as neededMaintain shot blasts and associated equipment (Dust Collectors etc.)Make necessary building repairsInstall new equipment as neededFabricate from wood or steel any new or replacement equipment from design drawings or instructionAbility to weld and do layout work as well as torch cuttingProvide own tools (personal hand tools)Repair yard cranes (except electrical)Must have ability to complete rigging tasksMust have basic computer skills for work order entry and completionMust be able to obtain a forklift and/or man-lift licenses from CWC safety department

Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Position Requirements:

Candidate must have at a minimum a Journeyman Card or 6 years of practical Maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility
