Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Turbine Millwrights for projects located in and around Knoxville, TN.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $24-36/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Millwright and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

Perform field activities at:

Telecommunication central offices

Electric utility substations

Data centers

Lead and perform battery and DC power plant installations and hot cutovers

Battery testingPreventative maintenanceBattery and equipment installations (with limited supervision)Conduct site surveys and quality control of other technicians’ activitiesTest and verify alarmsDevelop Methods of Procedure (MOPs)Build and enhance customer relationshipsProvide field updates to Operations Manager as requested

 

Requirements Excellent computer skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lift up to 100 lbs and climb stairs/ladders2+ years of related technical training/experienceValid driver’s license with good driving recordAbility to travel frequently throughout the U.S. for extended periods Company Details
