Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in and around Maryville, TN.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Millwright and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

Install, align, and dismantle machinery and mechanical equipment

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and production lines

Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments

Weld, fabricate, and complete basic rigging as needed

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of industrial or mechanical millwright experience

Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Must have own basic hand tools (additional tools may be project-specific)

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/work on your feet for extended periods

Willingness to work overtime as needed

Reliable, safety-minded, and a strong team player
