Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in and around Seattle, WA.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $36/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Millwright and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

Identify and Diagnose Issues with Electrical Motors and Related EquipmentDisassemble, Clean, Lubricate, and Reassemble Electric Motors and GeneratorsRepair or Replace Defective Parts including Coil Leads, Carbon Brushes, Wires, and other Mechanical ComponentsTroubleshooting using Various Testing Devices and Schematic/Technical DrawingsOperate Lifting and Rigging Equipment SafelyMaintain Accurate Records of Work PerformedManage Parts Inventory and Request Supplies as neededCollaborate with Colleagues to Complete Tasks EfficientlyAdhere to All Safety Protocols and Procedures

Requirements:

Strong Mechanical AptitudeProficiency in Reading and Interpreting Blueprints and SchematicsWorking Knowledge of Electrical Systems, Hydraulics, PneumaticsExperience with a Variety of Hand Tools, Power Tools, and Electrical Testing EquipmentBackground in Industrial Maintenance and Motor RepairFamiliarity with Different Types of Electrical Motors and Generators
