What You'll Be Doing

Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on industrial equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve mechanical and hydraulic issues to minimize downtimeInstall, align, and dismantle machinery and mechanical systemsFabricate and weld components using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniquesCollaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure equipment reliability

What Are We Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude with proven skills in welding and metal fabricationAbility to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsFamiliarity with rigging, hoisting, and precision alignment of equipmentCommitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvementRed Seal Millwright certification or equivalent trade qualification is an asset

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
