**Description** Tradesmen International is looking for an experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team. This job is located in Vancouver – Lower Mainland, BC. Paying $32–$36 per hour. Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. **Requirements** **Job Scope:** + Operating asphalt milling machines to remove existing pavement prior to resurfacing + Setting up and monitoring depth, speed, and direction of milling operations + Coordinating with ground crew and dump trucks for smooth and continuous operation + Performing daily equipment inspections, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting + Ensuring precision milling according to project specifications and site plans **Requirements:** + 2+ years of experience operating a milling machine in road construction or paving + Strong understanding of milling techniques, machine settings, and safety procedures + Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions + Comfortable working in high-traffic areas and active construction zones + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation + Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with crew members **Company Details** **Benefits** In addition to consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
