Position Summary: This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Miller in Mill department of Rice Mill.Job Responsibilities:  Duties include but are not limited to:Shift operation of Mill B, milling of correct product, supervision of a two person crew Work well with othersGood attendanceNot afraid of heightsCan work overtime each dayEnforcement of all ADM policies and proceduresAssist in completing JSA’s Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.Promotes the ADM Way and Core ValuesAbility to manage a diverse teamAble to communicate with all levels of the organizationQualificationsForklift qualifiedKnowledge of common hand and power toolsPhysical Requirements:Walking and/or standing for extended periods of timeWorking in environments at varying temperatures and noise levelsADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
