Military Officer Leadership Program - CES - MOLP
Job Description SummaryThe GE Aerospace Commercial Engines and Services (CES) Military Officer Leadership Program (MOLP) is a unique opportunity for top Military Officer talent looking to jump start their careers in Commercial Business Leadership. Qualified candidates are those who excelled in their military careers and are looking for their next opportunity. Those accepted will be placed in a 2-year rotational program within one of our CES functional roles.

Program Rotations are geographically located in the Cincinnati, OH area. For three eight-month rotations, Candidates will have the opportunity to work in diverse functional areas within the CES team including Product Operations, Business Operations, Customer Services, and Sales and Marketing.

Rotational assignments may include:
•\tProduct Operations:
o\tProduct line integration with operations and engineering
o\tProduct management, product strategy, and technical project management,
o\tCustomer delivery, airframer integration, aftermarket material delivery
•\tBusiness Operations:
o\tProduct line integration with customer teams, sales & marketing, and finance
o\tCommercial strategy and execution of living business plan
•\tCustomer Services
o\tProduct line end-customer support and relationship management
o\tLong term commercial agreements and contract profitability
o\tCustomer strategy development and implementation
•\tSales and Marketing
o\tProduct and customer sales campaigns
o\t Commercial negotiations
o\tDeal Review

Job Description

Qualifications/Requirements:

Commissioned U.S. Military Officer with a minimum 4 years of service completed by start date, up to a maximum 12 years, with an Honorable Discharge upon completion of Military obligations.Bachelor’s degree from accredited UniversityMinimum of 6 years of active-duty status in the last 7 years of serviceMaximum of 2 years of separation from active duty; exceptions available for extenuating circumstances (Active Reserve Duty, Graduate Degree Pursuit)
 

Desired Characteristics:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field of study6 - 12 years of Officer Military Service preferredCompletion of an advanced military training course (I.E. This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
