The professional deployment team is dedicated to deliver a great experience to our customers via timely Migrations and efficient planning of activities like testing and documenting.
With the goal of the timelines and quality in every step, we support on premise to cloud migrations by converting legacy smart marks and report templates to be compatible on the enterprise cloud solutions.
THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Learn and work on the latest versions of ArtPRO+ and Automation Engine and understand the concepts of marks / templates for various print processes and create workflows to validate customer scenarios. Fully understand the cloud technology and its dependencies on artwork / graphical files. Work alongside solution architects to help them deploy, test and document customer migrations.
Play a key role in timely delivery and customer delight.
Understand the current Smartmark dependency and propose effort needed to migrate.Coordinate with project manager and solutions architect on timelines.Recreate smart marks and templates with existing files as reference.Demo files to customer and take feedback on delivery to support customer successCreate or use existing automation engine workflows to validateCreate documentations for customer to further understand how to use the deployed services.Bonus points for experience with
