**Job Title: MIG Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to perform MIG welds on 18 gauge mild steel and 1/2 inch mild steel. The role involves fabricating and welding parts and assemblies for pavement maintenance equipment, safety railings, and other machine components. The primary focus will be on Butt & fill welds, and the position requires performing grinding and finishing on parts. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welds on 18 gauge and 1/2 inch mild steel. + Fabricate and weld parts/assemblies for pavement maintenance equipment and safety railings. + Conduct Butt & fill welds predominantly. + Perform grinding and finishing on welded parts. + Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of MIG welding experience or a technical degree. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols. + High School Diploma. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of MIG welding on mild steel (preferred). + Experience with flux core and stainless steel welding. + Proficiency in blueprint reading and using a tape measure. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive and dynamic team that values great people and great culture. The majority of materials include mild steel, along with outsourced piece parts such as motors, pneumatics, and electronics. The work stations are designed to enhance productivity and safety.. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
