Job DescriptionJoin a high-volume production environment where you’ll perform Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel. Welders use fixtures and weld symbols to complete units within set timeframes, averaging 2,000–2,500 welds per day. Cosmetic weld consistency is essential. Productivity is measured by the weld cell, not individual output.
1st Shift – Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Mandatory OT on Friday/Saturday as needed)
2nd Shift – Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (Mandatory OT on Friday/Saturday as needed)
