Job Title: MIG Welder (Temporary) – Heavy Duty Fabrication
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Salary: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Flexible start times | 10–12 hour shifts
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time
We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join a busy fabrication team in Rugby, Warwickshire. This is a temporary position offering competitive hourly pay, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to work on heavy-duty welding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
MIG welding on steel ranging from 1mm to 30mm thicknessFabrication and assembly of steel components using technical drawingsGrinding, drilling (including use of magnetic drills), and general metalworkWorking with structural and bespoke steel partsEnsuring all work meets required safety and quality standardsRequirements:
Previous experience in MIG welding (minimum 1 year preferred)Strong understanding of fabrication and engineering drawingsComfortable working with thick gauge and heavy steelSkilled in grinding, drilling, and operating magnetic drillsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practicesBenefits:
