Job Title: Mig Welder

Job Description:
Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for stable, long-term work with competitive pay and consistent hours? Our client, a respected leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated MIG Welder to join their team in Elkhart, IN.

This is a full-time, hands-on role supporting the production and fabrication department. Ideal candidates will have a strong eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and at least two years of MIG welding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on steel and other metal components according to specifications

Inspect welds using measuring instruments and gauges to ensure quality and accuracy

Follow safety protocols and best practices in a fast-paced production environment

Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings

Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience required

Proven ability to produce clean, consistent welds

Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (some Fridays off)

Must wear steel-toed boots with metatarsal protection (safety glasses and ear protection provided)

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
