What You'll Do

You will be an integral member of the Middle East Finance Team.  Reporting to the Finance Manager – Localization, you will deliver expertise in areas including but not limited to Regional Localization requirements (Local Content/ ICV), month end, audit and treasury, and perform the following tasks:

Local Content / ICVGain in depth understanding on the regional requirementsCo-ordinate the end-to-end entity level certification process and auditsSupport and monitor applicable case requirements  Manage communications on updates, educate necessary stakeholders Attend trainings, proactively build expert network, reach out to auditors and authorities for updatesUpdate calculation & communications with new knowledge and changes in the processReview guidelines and identify any improvement opportunitiesTreasurySupport in preparation of banking documents and submission to the bankReview and approval of bond applicationsOversight of monthly cash forecast process
 Accounting and AuditSupport in resolution of complex accounting mattersSupport GFOS RtR team with month end and year end queriesAssist the Accounting Manager in various tasks relating to the month end and year end close processSupport the team with Interim and Year end audit requestsOtherSupport in system change implementation (SAP)Manage Middle East external disclosure requests and work together with the global team to get the appropriate approvalsSupport the Accounting Specialist with annual insurance renewal process Other ad hoc tasks as required

What You'll Bring

Relevant bachelor's degree plus 5+ years relevant experience, preferably at a professional services firmProfessional Accounting Qualification preferredInternal or external audit experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in EnglishAbility of using data-based systems and report runningAbility to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with the Finance Manager - Localization, Accounting Manager and the Accounting Director as well as the wider Finance team.
