What You'll Do

You will be supporting HR Services tasks for ME employees, primarily focused on onboarding, documentation handling, system updates, and general administrative support. This role offers hands-on experience in core HR processes while contributing to the smooth functioning of daily HR Services across the region.

 

You will be responsible for:

Draft BCG employment contracts.Prepare Qiwa bulk contracts for new hires.Prepare exit documentation for departing employees.Track visa expiry dates for employes' ERE and summarize updates for follow-up with the PRO.Cross-check new GOSI contributions for accuracy and completeness.Save insurance application forms to be acceptable for processing.Support with preparing Riyadh letters, the attestation of letters and contracts.Help maintain HR tracking spreadsheets and documentation files.Support visa processing for business travel requirements.Help organize and maintain digital HR documentation archives.Respond to HR-related queries from employees.

The intern will shadow a designated HR team member to ensure structured guidance and the opportunity to develop practical HR skills.



What You'll Bring

Studying towards a relevant bachelor's degree —preferably in Human Resources—and be eligible for an Internship- COOP program.Fluency in English and Arabic.Strong communication skills to be able to converse with colleagues and stakeholdersProficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and willingness to learnKnowledge and experience of the Middle East practices and KSA labor law would be an advantageYou can solve routine problems by developing and choosing alternatives.You always pay great diligence as well as have a habit of keeping track of what’s going on around you.Organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.You have a strong ability to work under pressure without losing composure.You are results driven and self-motivated.Consistency, dependability, and accuracy in carrying out your responsibilities.Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.Respect all BCG information as personal and confidential
