**About the role**

As our Taxes & CFC Manager for our Middle East region, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our financial health, overseeing overall finances. In this role, you'll be uniquely positioned to manage budgets, monitor costs and boost operational efficiency. **Your responsibilities**
+ Assist with the Monthly Close process including consolidation of financial statements as well as assisting with the preparation of the monthly management report to be submitted to Region / Area.
+ Producing financial reports and forecasts related to budgets, commercial fixed costs and net working capital.
+ Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets related to commercial fixed costs.
+ Develop and maintain processes and systems to support AP, AR, GL reconciliation functions
+ Oversee Monthly Payroll process, closing liaise with HR on monthly inputs for finalization of payroll
+ Responsible for Master Data Management (MDM) including GL, Vendor and Customer master and ensuring adherence to the controls for all MDM changes
+ Ensure authority matrix for the organization is maintained and adhered to.
+ Ensure controls underpinning the production of financial data are appropriately designed and operating effectively
+ Maintain procedures and controls documentation including Segregation of Duties.
+ Supervising Intercompany operations from a finance perspective
+ Supervise the Treasury function of the Organization including identifying hedging opportunities.
+ Managing Internal and External Audits with no surprises and drop in ratings.
+ Develop and maintain good working relationships with Banks, external stakeholders.
+ Manage the monthly Balance sheet review and ensure all balance sheet schedules are prepared in a timely manner for review with Finance Leadership team, highlighting areas which require urgent attention.
+ Should independently be able to manage the VAT and Corporate Tax functions of the Organization, ensuring 100% compliance with laws, reconciliations, filing of returns in a timely manner.
**The experience we're looking for**
+ Financial Analysis & Advice, Commercial Perspective, Financial Systems, Negotiations.
+ Prior experience of managing direct and indirect tax processes in Middle East region.
+ Proven project management skills, paired with substantial financial analysis and reporting expertise.
+ Demonstrated experience in producing results while managing your time effectively.
+ Competence in financial reporting, with a deep understanding of accounting principles.
+ Entrepreneurial decision-making skills and communication skills of a high order.
+ People management – Able to effectively influence senior management & customers to drive change and improvement Strong ability to review & see beyond the detail of the
+ numbers and identify issues and opportunities in business.
+ Strong analytical skills – including commercial, financial acumen and budget management
+ The business language in Reckitt is English, therefore fluency in English is essential
+ Min 5-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in an FMCG company.
